Yeah need to remux it.
Another thing I just discovered is that the HDMI Auto doesn't really detects the correct resolution from the source. Everytime I need to press the TV Sys in order to change to the correct one. What if I forget the source info? Anyone having the same problem?

QUOTE(auhckw @ Jan 6 2010, 10:06 PM) >>>22) Improved HDMI connectivity with certain TV brands/models Hope this will solve the once in a while flicker issue I think this issue is due to the inability of the POHD to auto detects the correct resolution & frame rate from the source. If you have any DVDRip, DivX/Xvid, you can test it out, the POHD would not able to convert from 1080p/60 to 480p/60, you have to manually change it using the TV Sys button on the remote. This mostly happens when I watch 720p source with HDMI Auto (1080p/60) This post has been edited by echoesian: Jan 6 2010, 10:39 PM

QUOTE(Ngto @ Jan 7 2010, 11:04 PM) I noticed new firmware now got adjustments for Hue and saturation, not that it matters to some people. Also besides being able to play BD.iso in previous firmware , now BDMV folder also can be played automatically (previously have to select the largest file). Now when you select the BDV folder it asks you whether you want to browse the folder or play automatically I also feel that bootup and browsing is faster. The HDD plugin and USB plugin message is also quicker. And another thing , I think (haven't tried extensively yet) the loss of sound problem which sometimes happens when you click on the file too soon, before the previews starts , is now no loger a problem. (Have to test more on this to make sure). Next firmware, YAMJ coming up Do I need to plug the internal HDD out first before update the firmware to prevent from the corruption of data like one of our users that had been experienced before?

QUOTE(stimix @ Jan 8 2010, 07:28 PM) I dunno what's the meaning of HD audi but all the movies that I played from AVI, MP4, MKV till TS got sound wor.... So meaning all the HD movies got sopund wan who say no HD audio Those files that you have played come with encoded audio mostly AC3 or DTS. DTS-MA or TrueHD is lossless codec and has a higher bit rates but it is taking up spaces. DTS-MA supports variable bit rates up to 24.5 Mbit/s where as some of the downloaded mkv with full DTS audio is only 1509.75 kbit/s. This post has been edited by echoesian: Jan 8 2010, 07:45 PM

RM180 very expensive for a dongle
Added on January 11, 2010, 12:05 amI set my input to HDMI Auto but each time it cannot detects the correct source resolution and each time I need to manually change it. Is that a bug in the firmware?

QUOTE(soulquarianz @ Jan 11 2010, 07:29 PM) my max is 2.5mbps to and from. i'm using my WRT54GL set to MIX coz i got some stuff running on G and some running on B mode.....(old lappy, PDA) btw so far i never got disconnected.....i can even stream 1080p without stuttering (only problem arise when microwave is turn on !). already tested when playing few 1080p director cut or ultimate cut movie thats 3 hours long plus ! also i use wireless to test my movie if its "working/preview" or not in pohd. maybe becoz the distance is around 5 meter only ! Why is it only 2.5Mbps? It should be at least around 20-30Mbps on a G network. Did you try with any high bit rates (>10mbps) and reframe (>8) movie? QUOTE(WereWolf84 @ Feb 8 2010, 02:47 PM) 4th release of YAMJ still have bugs? then I'm not willing to take any risks... btw, users of POHD with Wifi dongle mind to share which Wifi dongle you are using coz as I know, not all Wifi dongles are compatible with POHD Im also looking for a compatible Wifi dongle as the original one is not selling here and it's expensive if buy online.
