I had a very bad experience here with IPhone on Maxis line.
Been using it for more then 1 year on Iphone 2G.
This month my maxis statement show me i got Data usage up to 13+MB that is freaking rm135 on data charges
So i demand a list of detail end up i get amount of KB, date of usage and amount
Those data is ranging from 2MB in every 2 minutes on 1 particular day and other day is around 5-15kb (which last for 6-7 times a day)

I had my gprs off since the day 1 im using my iphone. They can answer to me wat is happening
So i asked them to prove on what is my usage on each data. They say they cant provide.

OK fine
I asked them to turn off my data service (GPRS,MMS,3G ) on their system. Then after turning off they tell me my phone will still be receiving data and i still need to pay that every month.
I suggest to them if OFF in your system means i cannot even connect anything so if any data charges just waived it. Is that easy and they tell me no such things.

Whats the meaning of OFF in their system then?????
Why i need to pay for things im not even using?????


If any of you guys encounter this hope you all just lodge as many complain to them.
