Just want to ask have you all got experience that stuff from USA using express international mail almost 2 weeks still haven't reach Malaysia ,i already check the trck no at the USPS website ,www.pos.com.my, call 1300 300 300 & KLIA POST centre but they say still haven't received..can sombody tell me isn't will the plane delay or anything .....please help ..Thank you....

USPS express mails are usually expedited. It should take at least 2 weeks minimum and 4 weeks maximum based on my personal experience. I think you are referring to an ebay item. From your info it looks like the item is lying in California still and not yet shipped. It may travel through Osaka, Sydney and to KL if my calculations are not wrong.

it's only been 10 days. around early august or next week.

because i check with the USPS website express mail only took 6 working days to arrived..maybe too nervous....anyway thanks for your reply ...

Dont worry. USPS never update the site for tracking. I experienced this before. You will get your item

i received my small parcel(usps)at the 6 day(phoenix USA->KL).but that postman just slotted between the gate's gap withhout signing acknowlegdmnet slip ,Lucky for me
it could have been caused by either the person was sleeping or they couldnt hear it in the house .

From my experience with USPS (based on a transaction per week), the fastest I've got so far was within 10days and the slowest being almost 5 weeks. But so far, I have yet to encounter any 'lost' package.

wow this is the only question i was about to ask.
anyhow buyer can ask ebay seller to use DHL, safer .

the sender already made a request to USPS to ask for shipment status,they need 5 days to investigate... so still need to wait....

after a week of investigate, the sender tell me that USPS tell him that they very sure the parcel already left US is in Malaysia ,but Poslaju keep telling me that the parcel haven't arrived....what to do ???

USPS and UPS is the same company?

the sender make another complaint with the USPS but they say maybe the parcel stucks at Malaysia Custom so nothing they can do ...Damn it...

If the parcel is stuck at Custom, you'll get a letter from custom regarding the blocking of your parcel. After that you can bring the letter and go to custom to collect your parcel, you might need to pay tax.

easiest way is to contact customs and check whats the status and where is your package.

for fastest clearance, go yourself to KLIA to get it done.

i call KLIA few time they always give me the same answer 'your parcel haven't reach Malaysia check with your sender' who should i believe ???USPS or Poslaju Malaysia???

maybe u can check with the USPS representitve for malaysia?
or just check their website if you have their tracking number.

in my opinion, i'd rather trust USPS. u know these damn malaysians cant do their work worth for nuts.
most probably your package is just behind the table and their just too lazy to get off their damn asses and walk down the table to get it.

they don"t have any representive in Malaysia already check with the website ! they only person in charge is Poslaju Malaysia ... anybody got this kind of experience ??

Just get a new information from KLIA poslaju ,they told me the whole bag not arrived to Malaysia including my parcel ,total 5 parcels in the bag ,USPS is still investigate ,have anyone got this kind of experience...my parcel still arrived or not...

Have you tried searching for it on the Poslaju tracker. Just type in the USPS tracking number and it should show your packege progress if Poslaju do indeed have it. The Poslaju tracker address:

well,,,,if u are refering to ebay,maybe u can file a complain ya regarding the issue afetr 1 month tht u still havent got ur stuff!!

maybe u can ask the seller to keep track for ur item condition as on ur malaysian pos system we cant track it not at usps website as well......
the seller site will onli be able to track it.....

so far i received my parcel from my sis withour any problem from US.....
just tht sumtimes malaysian kastam will open up ur parcel for checking ....luckly no item is loss......

but to my experience item from canada mail is the main problem as mail seem to be always loss....
as my brot keep sending me stuff from canada,aroung 6/10 parcel will get loss.....

just to let u kenw usps service so far i doesnt have the problem at all.....just tht sumtimes our parcel might get stuck at kastam which the kastam ppl will take sumtimes to release it even we does not get any tax from it ya!!

At last i received the parcel but almost 2 months... so don't worry ,in my experience, makesure you always follow up calling Poslaju using the Trace no. & check in the Poslaju website.... you also can ask sender to make complaint with the USPS....

what does this means ? do they release the parcel?

It'd being 1 month until today,

I have check with my sender do a investigate trace on the parcel, USPS said the parcel is arrive Malaysia.

Poslaju officer said my parcel stuck on USA custom, not arrived Malaysia yet.

I'm paying 40-50USD for delivery with express international mail with nothing, waste my patient.

How if USPS - First Class International Mail? i ordered a shampoo on 22 Nov and i was notified by the seller it has been shipped on 23 Nov. What i can only get is Custom form number LJxxxxxxxxxUS. Tracing at USPS website showing:

I had called Custom Msia and Post Msia and i was told for First Class International, it would be sent in transit and ask me to ask my seller to have formal inquiry to USPS and i had emailed my seller. Before this, the seller said they can post again, but i think it is very likely will end up the same way. Anyone can comment? Thanks.

USPS First Class International Mail doesn't come with tracking unless you purchase the tracking service. So once it's sent out of US, you can't track it anymore.

Mayb you can try to ask for tracking service, but the shipping cost might be more expensive la...

erkk..my parcel from US using USPS express mail international still not arrive at Malaysia.Normally, it will take 2-3 days to arrive Malaysia, but not this time. i hope, it will be update for today.
