I seriously need some help here, I need good & cheap(reasonable) & reliable & trustable contractor.
I am quoted by contractors and some of them are awfully expensive.
I got a few that are quite reasonable or you might call them cheap, but I am afraid & hestitating because I dont know them. (30% hilang pain lol)


So, if got any nice fella done your house before, you might want to share it to me.

you have to state with your location then only people can help you. i get quote from two different contractor, one i feel normal price, the next one price cheaper by half...

I do only wet works which includes, concrete work, tiling, wiring, plumbing, brickwork, plastering. Can u give me your layout and the place u wan to renovate. then i can quote you. My workers are indoneision, so the price is cheaper, don't worry about the quality. Others always say chinese has the better workmanship, this is wrong. I can supply labour only, material by you, or i includes all.
