QUOTE(Seng_Kiat @ Aug 12 2009, 02:33 PM) erm ... how about the color and sharpness of tamron 1750 on sony? the reason i jump to nikon or back to sony is because the color. I like the vibrant of sony and nikon ..
oh, A500 or A550 comes with similar spec of a700 at about same price? I've seen - Tamron 17-50 on Canon - Tamron 17-50 on Nikon - Tamron 17-50 on Sony All of them gave somewhat a bit different look (colour) when compared together. I guess colour is more of sensor and in-camera processing.

QUOTE(raist86 @ Aug 14 2009, 04:26 PM) If you have big hands, and would like a more solid feel camera, get a200. The electronics are the same, just that a230 has been shrunk and several buttons have been removed. It's pretty much a cost reduction product, like the golf mk6 to the golf mk5. Somehow, although I found that A200 has better ergonomics, the A230 is actually feel more solid in terms of build.
