no news on the launch yet..... but i saw HTZ282DvD in courts mammoth dy....also newly launched

if the HTZ787's optical input is like the HTZ777's then I suggest you be careful when plugging in the cable... it breaks easily... this is 'cos it has some flip / swing cover that goes inwards as you plug your optical cable in, if it breaks, the input will be loose and your optical cable won't 'click' in it securely hence, no sound

just called pioneer and was told that 787 will be released in end of Sept. pricing will be 2199.

2199 bucks isit???

My friend told me he managed to haggle his way to get this set at RM2k.
