after i read all these incidance and i really upset abt the police without any action. 
so, should make a filing to anti-corruption agency as well since u mention got cable inside?

actually, it's quite simple to trace this guy. just go to the bank n c the cctv records to have his face posted all the police station.
because, i call the bank regarding the incidance and they know what time he withdraw the money.
should close off his bank account and black list him on all the bank.

base on the ic he give to me, we found the address NO.37 JALAN 17/52 SEKSYEN 17, SHAH ALAM
get the information fr bank, it's the same address
the person who rent this house say the owner is chan wai hoe, the police can trace him at this address.

the police is not doing their job.

omg. why the f*** i didnt read this before. i just sent to him 500 bucks yesterday for a black psp in mudah. now he dont want reply my sms and calls. how???

When you bank-in money to other people's account voluntarily, it is not a crime. However, banking money under false pretense or cheat is an offence under the Penal Code. Bear in mind though if you really want to push this, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
