Me also one of the victim.transaction made on 19/08/2010 for iphone 3gs 32gb under the CIMB account name CHIA MAY YEE (1412-0026116-524). Total lost = RM1500.. I think this is the same conman. Very frustrated with this type of seller!

Actly i'm looking for an iphone 3gs.. and i saw an ad in mudah.com.my selling iphone 3gs 32gb maxis set that still have 6 month warranty left. So, i ask him whther the phone still available or not. He said yes and said that he's on outstation in kuantan. He asked me the location to COD and if I have any relative that stay in Kuantan (sound confident) . But I said no, he suggest to me to courier. I'm not confirmed it yet, but he promised me to reserved until friday. After a long queries with SMS, I feel confident enough to buy from him. On that night I bank in the total amount of RM1500 CHIA MAY YEE (1412-0026116-524) CIMB account. After that he said that he will check the pyment tmorrow morning. So, it's ok. Then tomorrow I asked him about the status. he did'nt reply... after that he SMS me said that item posted.. Then i asked the tracking number. he sms me this no 3345421675.. I asked him which courier comp? he never replied anything since that.. n he never on that no. anymore.. very frustrated...

This man suddenly sms me using other phone no. He said that finally he found my no. actly he lost his phone last week and all the data is lost. He said that he already post the phone, but he put the wrong postcode that's y the item returned back to him. Then luckily he found my post and find my phone no. Then he ask me whether i still want the phone or refund the money and he request me to delete my post and ask u to delete the replied post as well.

I gave him a chance this time. I only can accept his reason after he refund my money back as promised.

After I receive the money then I'll delete.

he said to me that he will refund my money tomorrow.. i still wait..
after tomorrow.. if i did not receive the money than i will make police report...
he said that his phone is lost and that is why he can't contact me...
n he aid that he was not a cheater.. if not, he will not trying to contact me back...
he ask me whether i still want the phone or refund the money back..
i ask my money back after that i will delete my post... he said that my post will ruin his business..
i just realize this thread after i alrd made the transaction.. i just google the name 'CHIA MAY YEE'
then i found this thread...

all the promised gave by this man is totally bulls**t! i still don't know what is the point for him to contact me again yesterday tried to convinced me that he's not a cheater and asked me to remove my post... n today he never respond again... already lodge a police report at dang wangi police station this afternoon..

is this Chan Wai Hoe and Chia May Yee is the same person?

hmm... make sense.. he said that his name is john... but when i'm trying to call him..
he said he can't pickup his phone bcause he's working at control room... he said that he's not a cheater..
if not y he contact me again.. he ask me to delete because his other customer keep texting him said that he was a cheater.. so, that's y he asked me to remove my post.. maybe that is the other people conned by him after me.. hurmm...
