Have you go to mobile service provider? (017 should be under Maxis, if not, Maxis should know where this Tan switch to, Digi or Celcom) The mobile service provider should have his information, address, even the IC (if they claim they dun have, they already violate the regulation, pre/post paid mobile must be registered with IC or valid documentation)

When u get his IC, go to bank where u deposited $ to, go straight to branch manager, tell him to inform the bank account owner to refund the money... threaten the branch manager, if they dun do it, u will ask police to instruct them.

Same time also bring the IC or whatever documants u get from Maxis to police. U cannot wait for them to act fast for u. sometimes u need to do some homework for them.

Lastly, SMS the scammer, tell him that you will send his name, phone no, bank account no, photos etc to the complaint column of all newspapers, let everybody see his face. Maybe Michael Chang of MCA can also arrange press conference, by then, he will be the next most famous person in Malaysia. you gotta threaten that SOB.

ok this is story how i kena tipu  with this TAN WEI CHUAN babi..

pade mulanye aku mencari n78 saje2 wat iklan dalam mudah.
dah tu this babi call me n he said die ade jual nokia n78 zitron harge 550 kalau ap 400.
dah tu aku cari dalam internet kot ade scammer babi name tan wei chuan dgn fon num die gak..
tk jumpe2 pun.. so aku rase die ni tk tipu. padahal forum ni dah bgtau die scammer anak haram. sepanjang die deal dgn aku, aku je byk maki die sbb die tk henti2 msg dan kol aku.
so that babi bagi aku marah. die ckp kt aku die ade konek tkkn tipu ma.. aku balas balik kpl otak ko.
so khamis tu dapat gaji aku bank in rm 400 dkt akaun alliance bank no acc- 140370020141243.
die ckp lps aku bank in die nk pos.. aku nk cod tp aku busy gler.. terpakse pos..
lps aku bank in die bgtau aku suruh tambah 150 untuk zitron set sbb ap die tk bg fullset.
aku pun call die then aku maki die kaw2.. tp aku tk bank in pun 150. dah tu plak die ckp pos esknye hari jumaat.
aku pun tunggu la.. tp takde pon.. bangsat betul.. aku pon call abg aku aku bg semua detail babi tu..
then aku wat report polis. polis cakap ade org dah wat report pasal babi ni.. so aku mangsa die seterusnye..
lepas tu babi tu cakap die nk pos hari selasa depan. die cakap die outstation kt kalimantan..
die ingat aku bodoh ke, agak2 la nk tipu kat kalimantan.. then die call aku die janji selasa pos..
aku dah ckp dah report polis.. die terdiam.. aku suruh die pulangkn balik duit die tak nak.
dah tu kena maki dgn aku die cakap terpulanglah. then die bg msg kt aku smpi skrg cakap selasa pos..
aku call die tak jawab takut kena maki lg kot..then aku msg kat die aku bg tempoh die untuk bank in duit aku.
kalau tak skuad abg aku akan cari babi ni smpi dapat.. abg aku cid so die nk cari nahas. sebelum ni abg aku penah kena tipu dengan org mane ntah
dapat trace je org tu trus cari then kena belasah kaw2 dulu baru antar balai. aku tkkn berdiam diri.. aku akan cari smpi dapat..
die dah tipu ramai orang. jadi why not kita hapuskan scammer mcm tan wei chuan ni anak haram ni.
ini pun kecuaian aku juge.. tp sebagai pengajaran dalam idup sbnrnye....

ok sape dapat info tentang tan wei chuan babi ni bgtau kt sini ok..
same2 banteras tan wei chuan babi ni..
