rooney is there, the left wing for a reason. he defends very well, tracking back when opposition got the ball. cover and back evra up. yes of course playing this way his turbuelence of energy is wasted. but for a very good reason.

and only occasionally he has to be there i.e big games, european campaigns.

i dun know whats with the other midfielders. tosic/ nani cannot attack+defend very well like rooney? why we cant put somebody else there?

real preseason starts with this audi cup. thats for sure.

Speaking of ISA, and because of that, our country is safe and due to our place is safe, Manchester United came to our country for their pre-season tour.

To me personally I am really thankful. So my guess is that we all went to the gathering to support it i.e. Manchester United supporters as well.

Saw some compilation of Rooney and our team performance last season.. suddenly remember  last time I saw a quote is something like this:

"If Ronaldo is the hands & legs for Manchester United, Then Rooney will be the heart beat."

And it's very true but quite cruel to say that... U can live without your hand or leg, but you can't live without the heart beat!

every ppl saying our team will b weaker without Ronaldo... But come on, Manchester United can make a winger scored 42 goals, why cant we make our striker to do it again??

I got confidence on our current team. Although it will be a hard fight to retain the champion as every team boosted with star or great players. But We're Manchester United!! We're not fear to anyone.. We shall be the team to let people feel the fear when against us.

The boy has the ability but just lack of experience to be consistent. That's why on and off we will see some mistakes as normally GK's experience are so extremely important, skills are the basic thing of course.

However he has the chance to now prove it again.
