Assignment? My last camcorder was a dv, ive neever used the newer ones If you need Full HD Handycam i suggest you to trade in your old Handycam at Sony Style (RM500 discount). For HDR-XR100E or HDR-TG5E. Or just settle with HDR-CX100E. |

A bit above ur budget at RM2.9k, Canon Legria HF-200. New Product, runs on SD, Full HD, Pic Quality is same as HF-20 which is RM1k more expensive, just no 32GB HD.

Ai-ya.... I picked a Panansonic over JVC due to pricing and branding (thot Pany is better then JVC).
Anyway for RM2.5k u can get fullHD but SD only. For HDD & FullHD w CMOS u need to touch RM3k; if u want 3MOS (better colour) then RM3.5k. U will run out of battery power (3 hours) b/4 u use up 32GB (largest SD) which is appox 4 hours of 1920p & HDD cost RM600 to replace!!! If resolution is secondary (Non FullHD) then u can get a 80GB HDD camcoder for RM1.5k |
