Entitlement Details:
Capital reduction of RM0.84 per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Damansara
Realty Berhad ("DBhd") and thereafter a share consolidation on the basis of
every five hundred (500) resultant shares of RM0.16 each into one hunderd and
sixty (160) ordinary share of RM0.50 each in DBhd ("Consolidated Shares")


what is the best price to enter?? and why?? comment pls

Because company making losses.

It is capital reduction aka wipe out the capital, not price reduction.

Just like a share par value is Rm1.00 initially, which everyone put Rm1.00 as initial capital but due to company loss continously, the initial capital need to be wiped out, aka previously initial capital you put it as Rm1.00, now become Rm0.16.

But this doesn't related to share price reduction. Instead, after capital reduction, share price will be adjusted up, because previously you hold 100 lots now become 16 lots only, so share price will be adjusted upwards af the capital reduction.

Hm... so if I bought 1000 unit at RM0.20 now become 160 unit at RM1.25?

since the value is almost the same can someone explain why the price drop so much today?

not so bad. look at GTRONIC, after share consolidation, share price going up and up.
I will pick at 0.150.
