Everytime when I plugged in the usb to my BB Bold, it will sync. automatically for ALL the date, including address book, calender, task and etc. Problem is I only want it to sync. only changes ie. amendments and new schedule without sync. all the data including OLD and new together because it takes a lot of time. Is there anyway to do that as this is what htc can make it. I have search for all the setting and look through menu but cant find any solution.

HTC is using Activesync and Microsoft Windows Mobile OS. The way it syncs is more efficient than any 3rd party sync software like the BB DM. The BB DM first has to load all the data from both devices before comparing and syncing. Activesync does not need to do that, most probably because both the devices OS and software are made by Microsoft.

So Meaning BB is not possible to do as what HTC's ActiveSync do right?

Another question, any idea on how I able to setup my email address in order to do sync. with my microsoft outlook? Is that I MUST subscribe to BES or BIS in order to setup email account for my BB Bold?

You cannot sync your emails. Your BB is suppose to download the emails OTA (Over The Air). You MUST have BIS to get emails or BES if your company enforces strict IT policies.

So cut it short. BB device only able to sync email or access to msn messenger in download folder by default(exclude those webmail) by using their service, ie. BIE or BES? There is no other way to sync. the data like what activesync from HTC device? Am I right to say that?

Yes. Correct. The 'old' way of syncing emails was for the days when PDA's don't have internet connections (does not actually seem that long ago) and you have to rely on the Activesync to sync your emails and to send any composed emails from your PDA's outbox. Ahhhh.. those were the days...
