So in soul society, the captain level is for someone who can use bankai..good or not..even strong or lousy, if with bankai, will be promoted..except case of Zaraki Kenpachi (the only idiot who can't use bankai plus the only one who dunno his sword name) coz he possess powerful amount of spirit power..

can't u guys remember back then when aizen, ichimaru & blind guy off to hueco mundo, all shinigamis want renji and ikkaku being the next captain..coz both of them only possess bankai than the others..

if no bankai, say no to captain level..WTF..now it really show to us the soul society not having so many strong ppls like hueco mundo does..even with their bankai still can't fight arrancar..like the case of capt. hitsugaya (loser)

not juz to straches them, to stab also cannot..what the lower power of shinigami compare to arrancar..so far pelik with this anime but so far its the best anime of all time for me..

renji can still move fast with his bankai

byakuya got grace and lots of power in his bankai

hitsugaya have many variations of his bankai, just like byakuya

komamura bankai is dead slow and has too many weakness, its only good for intimidation only. pass the intimidation, its juts another big dummy

ikkaku is still very reluctant to use his bankai, as we all know, he does not want to be pressured to fight kenpachi for the captain's post

but even with his bankai, i think he can only land a few flesh wound on kenpachi before he finishes him off with one or two slash, the most

shinigami have rules and regulations for them to abide with, if not, the whole sould society will be chaotic. unless soul society have this gladiator arena whereby anyone who believes himself/herself to be strong compete, they have to follow the necessary steps to ascend to greater powers. like knowing your sword name, then training or fighting as a team and then do that for a few decades or hundreds of years to attain bankai and then controlling it 

as for the arrancar, its more like the strongest, fastest and toughest survives

the only thing that puts the espada and privaron in order is their absolute fear (and some respect) for aizen

*one of the best moment is whereby aizen brings grimmjow to his knees simply by releasing a little of his aura...        

that shows how powerful is aizen. and finally those captains and vizards have someone who can properly kick their arse really bad

its evident about the power of aizen, if he can sit atop of the espadas and fooled the whole of gotei 13, gave hollow form to tousen. The captains are powerful, but aizen's power is just heaven and earth compared to them. Remember the 1st time hitsugaya bumped into aizen and gin? hitsugaya went on bankai, and within one move, he was down.

Considering Aizen's power and shinkai, i dont think ichigo will be able to beat him on his own, but this is bleach afterall, so who knowS?

Obviously the battle will still go on, there's still Kisuke and Yoruichi to come. How can these two not get involved? I bet Kisuke would have figured out on how to undo Aizen's complete hypnotism when he enters the battle......Plus we have not even see Aizen, Gin and Kisuke's bankai mode.....As I have said, its still predictable so far.

If you think about it, Aizen's illusion seems to be similiar to genjutsu if not same lol.

Anyways, I notice a number of anime use illusion.

Naruto, Bleach and now Darker than Black OVA also got one guy use illusion

Its about shikai and bankai..

Is it true shikai is secondary power which most of shinigami have? and bankai is the ultimate power of shinigami which they need to train hard to gain it. Izit true?

Shikai for ichigo is getsuga tenshou and his bankai is something like human ultimate ability like speed, agility, strenght..izit true?

Please correct me if i'm wrong..

Shikai is secondary form of their zanpakutou(pedang diorang lah)..i've never seen they train soo0 hard to achieve shikai but it would a need lot of training to achieve bankai which is the third and the last form of their sword. to achieve that level, they have to have a deep understanding between the owner of zanpakutou n the zanpakutou itself since they are partner not just a fighting tools that kenpaichi believes in. Ichigo's zanpakutou is always in shikai form (i dunno y) n d name is zangetsu but in bankai form d name changed to tensa zangetsu..which if a shinigami achieve a bankai, their power also increase tremendously..do correct me if im wrong..getsuga tenshou is ichigo's attack's name..

If Ichigo's bankai is only to fire a black getsuga tenshou, and speed up multiple more times plus with crazy added strength, i guess his Bankai is not complete yet... I'm looking forward to a Bankai where he can really display new kind of power and new kind of strength..also technique..n no need to transform into a Vastro Lorde. Then it will be much more fun. Becoz waiting Ichigo to transform into VL, is going to take a long time... aih..

aizen's shikai special powers is to effects all 5 senses ... so closing eyes also no point since other senses are being affected as well .. the only way is not to look at his shikai when he release it.. and i dont think poison will effect aizen also .. since its mention in the manga/anime that massive release of reiatsu can repel/isolate the poison
