Thus their body parts can be restored somehow. From what I see, they can only died when vital parts are destroyed, and their vital parts actually seems to be fewer compared to human (head and heart only it seems). Human(flesh and blood, not in spirit form) will be dead already after their lungs are pierced, or if gut were cut, or lost a lots of blood.
