i think the reason why this happen is because zaraki try to lower down his power equal to his opponent before he fights. isn't that always the case. if he from the start use full power then his opponent will die immediately hence no fun for him

After that he will 1 shot urahara which almost kill him, then both kurosaki, isshin will start the attack and just went urahara thought he is dead, Orihime will show up and yell "Kurosaki-kun!!!" and then start healing everyone
