As for me I stopped playing badminton for more than 10 years. Last played actively at age 21/22.
Not going to reveal my age here. You do the math.

Of course the body cannot take it after such long break...but what to do, I fell in love again with my first lover, badminton.

Nahh..just thought having a coach is great. Even no matter how good anyone can be,
a coach could always spot a weakness and there is always room for improvement.

I got no coach. But I am sure anyone would welcome free coaching and tips.
