Bro, i'm interested to join the club but i have a problem with my shoulder. About 6 years ago, i twisted my shoulder during a badminton game. There was a cracking sound from my shoulder but no pain. A week later when i returned for another badminton session, i realized sharp pain in my shoulder when playing. For another 2-3 more session onwards, the pain is still there. Finally unbearable i quit. I've been longing to return to badminton. May i ask if any of your guys have experience dealing with such injuries? Anyone have seen sports injuries specialist before?
