Time : 8:00pm - 10:00pm
Venue : KLRC, Wangsa Maju
Court fees : RM 40 for 2 hours, KLRC
Shuttlecock : RSL No1 Tourney RM 50/tube
Court: Court 20 (will book 1 more court for 1 hour if over 10 player)

Hi guys, just discover this thread. May I know what are your skill level? I haven't played for a long time. sweat.gif

Anyway, want to ask something, I'm feeling some pain on my forearm muscle, near the elbow on in this picture:

The muscle was painful when I touched it. It gets better already today. But the muscle/tendon near the elbow still quite painful when i pressed it. The syndrome similar to golfer elbow, what are the odd that it can happen to badminton player?
