yeah i do agree..other country are using faster cpu already for this model..i believe we will also get updated spec for this also .. rclxms.gif hopefully other brand will come out with this sweet price and performance ratio to compete too.. rclxms.gif

tats great, i just went to find k50..only saw k50 with win vista + intel available..k50ab cant find any..hopefully next week can see it as the shop informed me that they will come new stock again next fri or sat.. now k50ab come with 320gb HDD or still 250gb??

I have Blue Screen problem... sometime 1-2 in a day "'(
Do you ppl have this problem??
I am now using BIOS 2.03, since I failed upgrade it to 2.13 last few days.
Is it caused by BIOS or else?

hi all,in my device manager-other devices have sm bus controller and unknown device show yellow question marks.i want ask is anyone know what it is and drivers for it ?

this notebook don't have volume controller on notebook body.need go to desktop

sound quality not nice even it show altec lansing srs

keyboard buttons so soft to press and volume so soft even i max it.is this normal?i used other notebooks not like this.

is this dvd rom are dvd-rw?

win xp rite? i'm not sure how many unknown drivers u need to install. but for win 7, i can confirm only the display driver is needed
try goin to asus site and download the required XP dirvers

to use the Fn button to control volume, display etc, u need to install the ATK drivers by asus.the website should hav it

yes the keyboard buttons are a bit soft. but not an issue to me, juz a matter of getting used

the speakers are OK(better than i've expected), i've heard worst audio from other lappies.

yes,window xp pro xp3.i already install all drives from asus website.speaker just okok only.volume alot softer than my previous acer aspire 4535 and my old compaq notebook

i already installed via hd audio deck

i just hope the volume same loud as my previous notebook.the quality doesn't matter.if nth can make my k40ab volume more load,i will get desktop speaker smile.gif

if u have 64 bit os then it will utilize all 4 gig.
u can check in task manager under performance tab your total ram.
