I want to know, is this an upgrade, i.e. from a clean format you have to install Vista first then run the Win7 upgrade
or is it an OEM offering of Win7 as an upgrade, i.e. you can install a fresh run of Win7 without requiring to install Vista first from a formatted harddrive. Thanks |
