I'm a Dell laptop user, already registered to join in the Window 7 upgrade kit program, but now my order status there his blank, without words like pending or processing..
Just wondering if I miss something or have done something wrong

Date ordered: 23 Oct 2009
and I have an order number, this they email to me, but later on nothing..like all disappeared.. I'm worried..

Please help, thank you very much.

So is it like format the computer then install the Window 7 inside?

but I dunno how to format computer,
will the upgrade disc guide me through including the format computer procedure?

I was hoping for clean install too then, want to give a new beginning for my laptop cool.gif

Thanks for the reply smile.gif
