Hello guys,

Not sure if you remember me but, about a month or two ago, my microcube adapter died.
So I have been using batteries for now.

The amp was fine for a long time until recently.

This is the new problem.
Strangely it only happens when the 6th string is used(when picked hard) between the 5th-15th frets.
Whenever I pick a note between those frets on the 6th string, the sound from the amp will become like this.

Pick the Note>*Sound of Note appears*>Pop Sound>2 seconds of no sound>Pop Sound>*sound of note reappears*

the silence gets worse whenever you pick harder, vibrato the note..

Now, heres the funny thing, if I switch the pickup selector to bridge pickup, it happens only on distortion. clean got no problem.
But, if I use the neck or bridge+neck, clean/distortion also got this problem.

Is it the amp's battery dying or something?

check the pickup wiring.
are u really sure happens ONLY on the 6th string?

Are your batteries going weak? Or try with another guitar...

Your neck pickup is too strong.

I found it quite weird...
I don't think pickups spoil so easily...
I'm still using the stock pickups..

yea and it only happens on the 6th string.
