1. All participants must be at least the age of 18 years old.
2. All participants are responsible to make their appearance, not limiting to making their own transport arrangements when appearing at the designated venue and time for all hits, semi finals and finals.
3. Judges decisions are final. No correspondence will be entertained.
4. Any abuse of fellow competitors or threatening behavior towards MardiGras employees, or representatives will terminate the participant’s opportunity to perform in the event or any future events. Foul languages at any event will not be tolerated. Any perpetrators will be asked to leave the premises at which the event is taking place.
5. All participants agree to allow but not limited to their photograph image, video caption to help promote this event and for future usages.
6. MardiGras deserves the rights to make changes to any designated time or place, or theme, and wherever possible, MardiGras will inform the participants in advance of such changes.
7. MardiGras Sdn Bhd is NOT responsible for any injuries sustained by the participant while performing their acts, show and or injuries cause by any third party.
8. MardiGras Sdn Bhd is NOT liable for any incidents or loss of property that may occur during the event.
