You guys are actually being fooled. The cable break is just a hoax for their cover up of using the shaper.

I used uTorrent when the torrent start it goes to 160 kb ++ then immediately seeing the speed slow down till < 5kb. This is totally artificial and immediately know the traffic is shaped till max.
