^ I can confirm this because I was one of the earlier one that got capped but has since been removed from the capped username list after constant calls.

I was told by the TM Maintenace center and a Lv 2 that my line was locked/capped at 50KB/s because I was "downloading too much"..

But when I pressed them "how much is too much?", they couldn't give me an exact answer. So what am I to do now? Continue downloading at the risk of being capped again? LOL..

And if look at other threads, so many users are getting the same results from a local server.. that can't be a coincidence and definitely have nothing to do with broken undersea cables.

My neighbor is just like u with heavy youtube streaming and he was capped. Now in the process of getting uncapped. Good luck man.

I can't access Google and Gmail for now. Anyone having the same problem? When I switch to Maxis, I can access those sites.
