Starting from June I had called the TM for about 10 times, within 3 months I had about 5,6 days without internet connection, despite the much inferior internet connection, but i must admit some of their call centre personnel are helpful though(reset my connection straight away without asking me to ping this ping that, this command prompt thing never result anything).

Yesterday I called the service centre again, they told me that I have connected to the internet for hours, though I cant connect to any site and my modem status is "waiting for response". At 11pm, the modem status became "connected", same thing happened, cant connect to the internet. Just now my modem was just reconnected to 60.53.XX.XX, then again the connection speed is terrible, I can sign in msn but unable to send message(timeout) and it keeps dc, and googling is freaking slow as well(refresh a couple of times).

arghhhhhhhhhh, I am now replying your message in cc, the line goes crazy again after like half hour I log off from lowyat.net.... Then the line just got disconnected after I msn with my friend and said :"Well, I cant surf anysites, hopefully the msn will stay on". I wonder that the stcreamyx trace my messages on the internet. I also wonder why screamyx treat me like this, I rarely bt, never thunder and ppstreaming. Hopefully I can see the line come back again along with the great improvement you mentioned.

wah u manage 2 get rebate.i waited like idiot for so long finally got fed up.called yesterday nite.guy told me my port got problem.since today sun have 2 wait at least till tuesday.this guy also told me not to close report straight away if problem fixed.he told me 2 use 1 week 1st and see how.so i have 2 wait again n see wht happens.
