i still dun understand why everytime the cable got problem screamyx is surely effected while other ISP from other nearby country is smooth as usual.

 guys, what is going on? seem like i am having about 10mb/s on my 1mb package. I have cleared the cache and ran the test a few times, but everything also around 10mb, am i or cheras on the HSBB already?! |
