i found this at terms and conditions of streamyx

Streamyx download and upload speed is guaranteed for local content access only. TM is not responsible for the low speed of either download or upload of international content access.

but i enter lowyat.net it take me 10sec to open *sometime*

speedtest to US = 0.34

it take me more than a min to load speedtest.net website lol
i faced disconnection problem for 2week and closed the report yesterday but then the slow connection come on yesterday.
