Was browsing normally around 4PM, but suddenly the speed begin to crawl like snail. Good job Screamyx.

Ok, now it's getting worse and difficult to connect. This is the current speed. Another job well done Screamyx.



Anyone else facing the same issue?

I have tried restarting the modem several times, but still getting the same speed. During speedtest I am not downloading anything. Below is the speedtest I did awhile ago:



Not sure if it is Screamyx issue or their exchange station or whatever.

Update: Is this a joke from Screamyx? Restart modem one time, 10kbps faster, restart modem one more time another 10kbps faster. Don't tell me I have to restart the modem 10 times to reach 1Mpbs.

Have anyone face slow connection intermittently? Like at certain day and time you will get around 1.3Mbps (For 1MB user) and at certain day and time the speed capped at 50Kbps or slower?

I have been experiencing this issue for almost a week.

I am in Bangsar area.
