no you're wrong.. that's the best ip out of all the ip that i can get (118.101.xx.xx or 63.xxx.xx.xx)
the other ip address is much more slower

takes ages to load a web page if i use the other ip
at least these one loads page fast but takes forever to upload rclxub.gif
