Bangi, Streamyx 1M, 60.51.x.x, 7:09-7:13pm

Adding East Coast and West Coast of US. The high latency and loss is incredible!

it's another chaptor of tmnut's ever-growing history of shame and down-to-hell performance.

can we get Federation of Malaysian Consumers' Association (FOMCA) to raise this issue?

MCMC is not doing their job. It's like MCMC is like a "secretary" to all communication services/companies. We complain to them, they force the company to rectify. It's all going merry-go-round again and again and again.

Rumors said that the man on duty for managing those server is absent for 3 days.
And those server overheat and boom.

Which I think doesn't make sense.
*
LOL so that man is basically there to "fan" the servers eh? doh.gif definitely not making sense.

Looks like a another Lost episdoe. Must. Punch. The. Keys. If. Not. *KABOOM*. And since that fella absent, the whole exchange caught on fire and bringing the eastern Malaysia into stone age. whistling.gif

Wait bro, you forget that TM is monopoly-ing the BB industry in Malaysia?
How are we gonna change to other ISP?

They love the "u mau guna, guna, u tak mau guna, tgnk siapa u mau guna!?"
*
their monopoly sh!t is nothing we can do. We don't have anti-monopoly laws to protect us. even FOMCA can't. we have 2 rely on MCMC do the job, but even then MCMC is in bed with TMshit.

whatever the case maybe, other providers at least provide value-for-money products & services; lightyears better than tmshit who nvr take the responsibility up their a$$.

we need no bullshi!t and we're not dumba$$ who can't think of ourself. Unless we're still in the 50s where we're still digging mud for life, we deserve more credible and reliable services from the service sectors.

now, it seems that these top companies unwilling to move forward. 2 steps forward, 1 step back. We can never ever improve. We're always behind others; even eating Singapore's dust from behind. rclxub.gif

if they point their fingers and say "itu negara maju",
i'll buttsecks the one who say it and ask "Thailand is negara maju? Indo is negara maju? Vietnam is negara maju??"

Damn. Singaporeans are enjoying high quality 1Mbps for RM29 per month.
We, Malaysians enjoy crappy 1Mbps for RM88/RM99 per month.

Negara jiran, 20 tahun bezanya

Those who is attending the meet with TM management in less than 30 mins time? They should ask for clarification on this issue.

I seriously hope this cap thing won't be implemented, but knowing TM... anything for their benefit they will do. Never take the blame for anything. Blame this and that for any problems. *sigh*
*
they were not there to clarify the issues or provide solutions (interim, current, or future).

i guess the top top managemetn sent these guys as "scapegoats" for us to *kill*.

typical malaysian style, a patchy and doubtful strategy. don't tell me they DO NOT KNOW their customers' problems? heck, read this forum is enough to make them hide in their offices!

the best part is, they didn't commit of a timeline/schedule to fix all the raised issues! Come on! they can take their own sweet time forever and ever and we still have to pay every month for their ever-growing sh!tty services?
