Easy man we all are under same boat. I know many of us are extremely frustrated with the current slow down from TM and the only way to do is keep complain them until they take their action to rectify it (which i hope so).

Calm down mate. I think andrew is just trying to urge more ppl to make a complain to TM so that they wont treat it as isolate case. Just that his statement a bit over.

keep complain lo, and cc your case to MCMC, Fomca or etc. as well and wait for any "good" action taken by TM.

Other than that, what else we can do?

Change other ISP? >> that may even make you more frustration..

All the while i was calling and email them my complains but it seems not workable..argg, gotta take one day leave to do it, damn! doh.gif

one of the TM staff called me just now and told me they are performing migration of server for wangsamaju exchange there and expected to be complete by early of October..then he claims all the slow connection issue will be resolved..and also rebate of money will done accordingly.

So don't put high expectation on 10th of September all will be resolved. You have to bear with them for this whole month though..

this is what TM staff told me this evening. I guess he means only certain affected users to be migrate from wangsamaju server to a new one. Not sure only 4Mbps user or including other users.

And he told me already received more than 30 over ppl complain for slow connection, in which are connected to wangsamaju exchange.

tbf after 1 month + of the lousy connection, i was already lost confidence on TM efficiency on resolve the issue..Lets see whether this time they can deliver their promise or not..

haiz...need to bear another one month of the f***king slow connection..

i'll give one more last chance to TM.

if until early next month the issue still persist, good bye to streamyx.

i mean, how can you tolerant with 3 months for this f***ing slow connection while you are paying more? Man I'm run out of my patience.

TM you better fulfil your promise to me, otherwise you prepared to lose a good customer.

just a update to your guys who affected by the recent connection slow down issue and connected to wangsamaju exchange.

i just received a call from premier CS that today they have start migrating those affected users to a new server and expected to be complete on this Sunday (13/09). They ask me to observe the connection status within this few day to see got improvement or not.

So for those who are connected to wangsamaju exchange (particularly 4Mbps user) you can try to check this weekend see the line is stable or not.
