Im 4rm Selayang..
Facing slow speed since early August..
First i made complaint with TM..
Then waited arnd 2 weeks..No progress at all..
On 4th Sept i send complaint to CFM..
7th Sept i received call 4rm TM , and de operator ask me 2 send the latest speedtest result..
Following day i receive an email 4rm TM..
