dude, i also encountering same problem like yours. Mine is 512kbps package but the connection super slow now since 4pm just now. Called streamyx to complain, same thing they ask me do.. flush dns, check dns, do speedtest on streamyx website. the speedtest results 38kbps for download and 23 for upload.

512kbps package user here.... it has been like this for 3 days already. already complain to telekom but no diff=.=
the speed is only normal between 4am-6am after that slow like this again.
