Just called Shitmax again, complain again about the slow connection from 2000-0100hrs problem....

H : I have called many times and already done all of your "so call" trouble shooting unfortunately it never solve my problem.
T : Sir can you try to troubleshoot (HE CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH

) by unplug all the wire from the white box. (WHITE BOX? SPLITTER PERHAPS?)
H : (raise my voice) I have tried many times but problem still persist....
