Im sick of restarting modem...Everytime i restart i only get these..and 7dB only last 5 minutes..

There is always a reason y. base on my assumption.

Bcoz all cable is fully utilize in TM, so if any one of the cable broken, then will effect all customer.

unlike other ISP, once their cable broken, they will manage to reroute all the bandwidth to other cable. Bcoz other cable maybe used 60% of the bandwidth.  (Correct me if wrong)

somemore they are nation wide provider for DSL in Malaysia.

Actually top speed does not matter. What matters is the price to performance ratio and quality of the service.
Malaysia's price to performance ratio for home broadband is just nonsense. We pay so much yet get low quality broadband.

However for business/corporate broadband they pay for what they get.

This just goes to show the attutude of ISP's here. The worst part is there is no official body or government body that realizes this. They are letting these "Internet Mafias" earn millions from their own rakyat. Even special government bodies set up for those purposes cant even come out with a proper policy that will protect the users.

Whatever it is, we are not the same like we were a decade ago, we now know our rights and we will act upon it when the time comes.

Partially correct. It's perfectly fine if you come close to it, with electronic devices. One of family member deals with laser related products since the old times, i know about it, so give you some corrections hope you don't mind ; )

You can go near it and you can go near it with electronic devices, the cabinet itself acts as a Faraday cage and shields it from external wavelength interference. Also, normal consumer devices will not be able to produce sufficient interference to affect it's operation (If your consumer device does, you might want to use another product because if your device can cause such big interference that it will affect the operation of the Laser device, that device you use will definitely produce radiations that will harm you health over a long period of time)

As long as you are not exposed to the laser beam directly (e.g. opened cabinet with visible fiber light) then it should be fine.

Even if the cabinet is opened, it will still be of very little hazard unless the laser beam is directed DIRECTLY at you. And never stare into a laser beam, it will literally "fry" you eyeballs on the inside without you knowing (because there is no pain receptors inside your eyeball)
