great that they blocked those sites...if not, the just go to those sites & dun do their work at all.

H : Hi, I want to make complain regarding my slow connection problem from 2000-0100hrs.

T : Can i confirm your mobile number as 015-12345678 (as as usual), can i know what is your problem?

H : REPEAT AGAIN my problem - slow connection speeds from 2000-0100hrs, everyday without miss.

T : Ok sir, did you in front of your computer right now, I NEED YOU to do some trouble shooting (as as as usual).

H : I have called many times and already done all of your "so call" trouble shooting unfortunately it never solve my problem.

T : Sir can you try to troubleshoot (HE CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ) by unplug all the wire from the white box. (WHITE BOX? SPLITTER PERHAPS?)

I'm using Maxis also never get such frustration. Maybe because I expect more from a wired broadband compared to wireless.. but seems like wireless is better when it comes to damn Screamyx.
