Called them Tuesday. Say it will take 48 hours to resolve. Called them again Thursday. Same sh*t of flushing sh*tting DNS. They say it will resolve within 24 hours. F*** dumbass worker ask me to test using tm's speedometer.

Using Speedtest.net, the Download: 0.23 and Upload: 0.37. F*** sh*tty speeds.

Using Speedometer I get the above. Then they say the higher f*** management will look into it and by tonight should resolve. If it doesn't get resolved by f***ing tomorrow, I am going to blast their dicks off.

Worst ever...DC every 1-5 minutes since Tuesday

Yesterday I yelled. On the phone. Like a dog. To a TM Streamyx on the phone. Using 1Mbps RM88 package.

Promised to fix speed by the end of Monday (tomorrow).

Today I check speed.

This is what I got:

Then I tried Nvidia.com (they use Akamai server or something, so its always fast):



Speed goes from instant 3.0Mbps to 1.3Mbps then to 100kbps+. Last time ch*b** is never goes above 10kbps.

Some sh*t is seriously flawed. Local servers issue ? BTW, Youtube works the way it always does, streaming with minimal buffer but very much playable. Local sites even like Streamyx website can't even load. Fukken embarassing considering international sites seem OK. Cable fault? Until when... September 10? Waffakk???

Tomorrow I'm gonna get them. I gonna tell me I write down their address and gonna bring the press/reporters to their doors.

Oddly in the morning the speed surpass 1.0Mbits/s download which is where it should be.

one of the TM staff called me just now and told me they are performing migration of server for wangsamaju exchange there and expected to be complete by early of October..then he claims all the slow connection issue will be resolved..and also rebate of money will done accordingly.

So don't put high expectation on 10th of September all will be resolved. You have to bear with them for this whole month though..

What about Jaring ? Are they experiencing the same sh*t ?

Lol, the RIAA would send an e-mail warning us or asking us to pay what we illegally downloaded? Seriously? Never heard of RIAA case in Malaysia. If got, then I was under a rock all this while.

If those are the Pros to Jaring, then I don't see why won't Streamyx users just get to Jaring. As for me, I think the time with Streamyx is drawing closer and it is about to end.

I tolerated for as long as I could. I recall there were times it was "slow" but it always got up to speed after a week or so. But not 1 month long. This is totally unfair and paying RM88 for my package for speeds less than I paid for is rubbish.
