hi. just wondering how to check the market's value of a house ?
planning to check wat's the value there since planning to sell it.. according to the agency, they said it cant hit rm 170K onwards... location : cheras awana jalan 23 doube story house... anyone knows how much it worth ? thanks |

Quick way to check is to google your house location, see if got any house near by similar to your's listed for sale. In particular look out for local property portals, like www.iproperty.com
