Yea, i notice this too. Why the opening price is gap up, but the candlestick no gap up. So misleading. So... do we have to draw our own candlestick chart now?

you know, in fact, i was thinking of drawing a weekly candlestick chart because my trading console can only give me daily candlestick chart.
however, it's very difficult to make my candle chart flexible. what i want is a rolling 5 day candle chart.

For example:
Days 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16

first chart shows.
candle 1 (1-5), candle 2 (6-10), candle 3 (11-15)

second chart shows
candle 0 (-3 to 1), candle 1 (2-6), candle 2 (7-11), candle 3 (12-16)

third chart
candle 0 (-2 to 2), candle 1 (3-7), candle 2 (8-12), candle 4 (13-17)

fourth chart
candle 0 (-1 to 3), candle 1 (4-8), candle 2 (9-13), candle 4 (14-18)


fifh chart
candle 0 (0 to 4), candle 1 (5-9), candle 2 (10-14), candle 4 (15-19)
