I don't think that's possible. this stock is heavily overbought over the past 3 weeks.
a few technical indicators: RSI's hovering at about 83% at the moment. MACD's bullish cross happened a few days after it rebounded on it's 50day MA about a month ago. The stock rose about 20% after that and never fell back. Immediate resistance at 3.72, next resistance after that @ 3.93. Immediate support @ 3.20 (classic support) That's purely from a TA point of view. If this rumour is true, we can effectively throw TA out of the window. |

looks like, in these past few days, FBM KLCI rallied but second/third liners didn't budge much.
not really a good barometer anymore right? we need something like an S&P 500. |

a few indicators for everyone to see.
RSI's currently overbought at 76.9% the chart broke the upper bollinger band on the 15th of July, which was the same day it broke the 70% RSI level. Looking for signs of weakness and reversal now. A doji or a spinning top.  |
