hi im new in stocks..

Can anyone explain why by trading 21 volume can cause price increase from 0.09 on 13th july 2009 to 0.15 on 14th july 2009 ?

why would the joker buy 15 cents when the value is only 9 cents ?? sorry, noob here...

Its like paying rm15 for a rm9 price tag value..
