When I was working with ASTRO, they already have that HD capable machines. They were worried in spending more money for providing subscribers with HD capable decoders.

And if I'm not mistaken, MEASAT space(transponders) will only available to other companies in Malaysia after 10 years time of 2007. Or maybe I was wrong, maybe space segnents will be available on 2017.
