i think nokia as still aways to go, especially compared to their competitors, in terms of software support and 3rd party development.

firstly id like to say a big woooohoooo! Coz im writing this from my n97, love it.

Anyway, id just like to know if anyones tried some of the screen protectors out there and recoomend some, coz some shops told me they'd make the screen appear dark once applied. Is this true,

(my default protector already have some minor scratches due to scrolling, hehe)

yeap, i surf very often since getting the phone, imo its better ergonomically than the 3gs, abt the page button, ive found if you double tap it it'll magnify the sreen and hence button pressing is somewhat easier,

sure it does, at least kinda, it scrolls less smoothly but i kinda like it, it doesnt just move like a roller shutter,

wow! You lucky, so fast your gps locks, mine takes at least 5-10 mins, sigh

theyre quiite a few out there, try googling out searches with symbian apps s60v5 or nokia n97 they work for me,

does anyone of any apps that allows you to customise phone action sounds? Exp, open slide = sound,

hi all,

just wondering if anyone knows how to delete old quick searches from inbuilt browser interface, ive been surfing alot with my phone its great but since i did lots of searches everytime i imput stuff into the search field like google i get the old quick searches popping up, tried to clear caches and histories didnt work, any help?

btw, i love my phone it works great in all aspects, havent encounted one really bad thing yet,

Have any1 with batt probs, tried the handy tasman app? I installed it and was a real eye opener, discovered many apps still run in background inspite of exit, maybe you guys could try it out.

i fully agree, just let it come when its ready, imo the faster they release it the more bugs we get,
they should take their time. I love this phone wth all it's weirdness, though most of the probs out there hasnt plage me tho
