Hi guys, black n97 reporting in
i've been using the phone for more than a month and i've upgraded to the latest firmware
so far i'm quite happy except the facebook widget that is really unstable

i have this new problem though
i took some pic yesterday but its not in the gallery
i've searched using the file explorer and is there
just not showing in the gallery and there is no option to update like in the music
so i cannot upload the pic to facebook bcoz the phone cannot find it

anyone facing this problem?
I've restarted, took out the battery and even restore to factory setting but still no show

Hi guys,
I'm on V11 and I find its very unstable. And i cant update OTA i dunno why.

Yesterday my phone crashed when using Opera Mini 5. Since i cannot close OM5, I turn off the phone. When i want to switch it on back it stays at nokia logo. I tried to remove battery etc but still cannot restart the phone.

I remember reading to hard format the phone by pushing start+space bar+ back space + (i cant remember), and it started.

I found out my C: Phone Memory is now 55MB but the E; Mass Memory is untouched. I lost accuweather, slideshow and many application that came with the phone. I also lost all my contact, messages, notes etc. My firmware still at v11.

Anybody knew what I just did? I remember that hard reset supposed to format E: Mass Memory and not C: Phone Memory (or do i get this wrong?). I kinda like tho having 55MB on C bcoz all this while I can only get around 18MB.

How do I do this again if I want to format again in the future. Thanks

Anybody experiencing this problem? I have this bright spot whenever i use the flash. I have scratches on the lens.

Do I need to change the lens cover or can it be fixed by software?

Hi guys,
I've been following the thread silently and its good to see many people still have their hopes high for V2.0 and also a lot of new owners coming in. For me, I've been using the phone since June and my only hope for V2.0 is the improvement in stability issues.

I cant take it when:
1) My phone hangs when there is call coming in
2) My touch screen acts funny, when I press Setting it goes to Contact, Apps etc
3) The screen can be really unresponsive at times. Thanks God there is the D-pad

If V2.0 unable to settle all this, I think I'll have to move on before the price goes down too bad (Blackberry Bold 9700 maybe). i can live with the scratched lens and peeled off metal coating, I just need to answer my calls..

Lets hope for the best

i even reformated the phone memory and now i have around 40 to 50MB
hv not been installing anything since
and still sometimes it hangs haha
