Realise that this project is selling fast and have quite aggreassive promotion. Was thinking to get 1 unit for investment after i failed to buy Titiwangsa Sentral vmad.gif but the actual location is not as near to KLCC as claimed by the developer. Any comment?

Is it really selling fast? In my memory it seems to have been selling for the past 6-9 months (at least)?
My memory could be wrong... and definitely the price psf is much much higher compared to TS...

Yup. Question the psf price as it is not so near to KLCC. Actual plan want to get 3 units of Titiwangsa Sentral but too bad sold out. How if we compare Sky Residences & MyHabitat2?

It is located near Jalan Tun Razak, very jam. Don't forget about the noise pollution as well. The plus side is it is near to foreign embassy.

For this price, I'd rather go for Fairlane Residence or Marc or Parkview or Pavilion residence. At least location is MUCH better.

Alternatively, If you can wait another 2 years, wait for TS to be completed. Pretty sure you can get 2 units for around 700k given the sheer number of units bought by investors.

Today just pass through TS project site area to meet a friend. Today got pasar malam at Jalan Lumut area and cause heavy congestion. Just wondering after TS is completed how the environment will look like. Also, that area is full with hawkers stall along the roadside. An update for TS is the construction progress is fast.
Back to Habitat2, how is the developer reputation? Near to embassy dont bring extra value right?
