bump for this thread,
hi bro, I'm planning to get aman III, price was about 320k for a corner unit (level 10 and above) direct from developer. The question is... is it overpriced ? as i saw some ppl list theirs unit @t iproperty around 250-270k ... btw the site looks promising and accessibility wise isn't a issue as there's shortcut to TPM / astro  btw, for those who consulted fengshui sifusss, mind to share where's the facing direction for block II ?
