I wanna hear someone mention it does improve the image! laugh.gif

But 1 thing I know is make sure the cord is fully inserted to the Plasma TV....because, during installation or movable wall bracket, the AC cord does get loose somehow due to arrangement of it too tight. If the plug in not fully insert, sometimes you will hear buzz sound etc.

If still not satisfied and hand are itchy to add something, just add a Voltage stabilizer / Conditioner should be enough.

This is all very subjective. I like good power cable so I buy them. Don't really care if they improve anything or not.

Would like to get this for my LCD since whitesnake can't fit properly as the IEC is longer than standard cable.

The funny clip thing can be removed, use a small flat screwdriver and pry it open. It's actually a normal IEC plug.

So if you replace to a new power cord, try to put the clip on it. If can't I'm not sure the IEC can hold, it may fall off.

too high tech...I dun think even Nasa use such stuff !!.. icon_rolleyes.gif

Anyway, I would be nice to get the best of everything....only my salary very low...so the standard one will do, as long as its fix properly and doesn't cause interference is good enough for me.

i am willing to spend RM80-RM120 for a good power cord...if RM300-RM 400 forget it, not worth it as i have minor color blindness...hahahaha

supplied power cord should be sufficient bcoz any improvement in PQ is too minor to justify the price of a specialized power chord. Even though manufacturers and magazines reviews say otherwise, just remember the magazines depend on manufacturer advertisements for revenue so its a win-win situation for both of them. We the customer who will end up spending un necessary money..

Those people who spend extra on power chord are suffering from brain dysfunctional disease... they're desperate to improve their equipments until a point where they fork out few hundreds on a cable, and their brain tells them there are a difference - because money has spent, so there must be a difference.
