Failed to boot BIOS or failed to unlock?
Try reset CMOS and remove Battery and maybe ATX 24 Pin..

bro pWs try refering to your Mobo's Manual Troubleshooting Section..
Leave a longer..maybe 10~50 mins(battery) including ATX..

why need to tell them?
just said cannot on.. that's it..
they only check for the burnt mark.. ofcourse far from it if just failed flashing..
